Application Process
The first step to apply for this conference is to fill out the form below. Registration will be marked as “complete” and ready for committee assignments when all applications are submitted and conference fees paid. Upon receiving payment to secure your spot, all delegates will be assigned countries and committees.
School Delegations: Faculty advisor should submit ONE application on behalf of the school delegation; you may add as many individual students as needed in your application.
Individual Delegates: Delegates attending individually should fill out the form as single delegates.
Application Deadlines
Registration Deadline: February 28, 2026 (Delegates fee, $700)
Spots are limited, and applications will be processed in the order which they are received. Applications for school delegations may edit the number of delegates after submission.
Application Fees
BIMUN is an all inclusive conference package. Conference fee includes the following:
Conference participation fee
- 4-night stay in top hotels near African Leadership University
- All meals and hospitality at the conference center
- All group transfers from the airport to hotels, and hotels to conference center
- Social events and career/networking events at the ALU conference center
- Babcock and African Leadership University College Prep panel and Q&A with our organizers
- Conference materials such as Hoodie, Dairy, Totebag, Branded T-shirt, and Landyard
- Personalized UN signed certificates for all participants and personalized awards for top-achieving delegates
To secure your spot in the conference and receive your country allocation, payment must be made within the appropriate deadline. You will receive a payment details after

- receiving a confirmation email if your application is accepted by our team.
The payment link will be included in the confirmation email.
Delegate Fee: $700 USD (including hotel, per student) & F40,000 For ALUMUN Community (without hotel, per student)
